We at ledak set out these terms so you understand our commitments and your obligations when you use our platform. We operate an online entertainment service offering live-dealer tables, sportsbook markets, and slot games in jurisdictions where we are permitted by law to do so. Our service is available only where local law permits—you are responsible for verifying that your access and use comply with your own jurisdiction's applicable law.

Large withdrawals—amounts above certain thresholds per account tier—trigger extended compliance holds lasting up to 72 hours. These holds prevent money laundering and fraud. We notify you of the hold reason and expected completion time when you request the withdrawal. We cannot expedite holds or process withdrawals outside regular business hours, weekends, or during public holidays in Jakarta.

Bonus terms and game settlement

All wagers on ledak settle fairly according to the game rules and our sportsbook odds. Live-dealer games settle based on the broadcast result—we do not manipulate cameras or dealer actions. Sportsbook bets settle when the match or tournament ends and official results are published. Slot outcomes are determined by our certified random-number generator; we do not adjust payout rates or game variance based on individual player behaviour. Our ledak conduct and limitations

When we close an account, we may retain your remaining balance for a period (typically 90 days) to satisfy any outstanding disputes or regulatory investigations. After that period, we refund any remaining balance to your linked payment method.
Our ledak platform is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted operation. We make reasonable efforts to keep our servers online and our games functional, but we are not liable for temporary outages, connection failures, or third-party payment provider delays. You accept that online platforms occasionally experience technical issues beyond our control.
Dispute resolution and governing law
If you have a complaint about a settlement decision, bonus term, or ledak service, contact our support team first through your account Support section. We aim to respond within 24 hours during business days. If you remain unsatisfied, you may escalate to our Disputes team by submitting written details of your complaint, your account ID, and any supporting evidence (screenshots, transaction IDs, bet slips). These terms and your use of ledak are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ledak operates and where you are a resident. Any disputes arising from ledak use are subject to binding arbitration rather than court litigation—this means a neutral arbitrator will hear both sides and make a final decision, which is enforceable but not appealable. Arbitration is faster and less expensive than court proceedings.
Our service is available only where local law permits. We do not operate in jurisdictions where online wagering is prohibited. You are responsible for verifying that your access and use of ledak comply with your own jurisdiction's laws. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we determine that you are accessing ledak from a prohibited jurisdiction.
